After Loki I couldn’t be more excited to have Holt scoring Star Wars. And John Williams contributed a new theme just for Obi-Wan.

That wasn’t just any “toy” Ben left for Luke - it was a model of a T-16 Skyhopper. I guess Luke eventually gets another one.
But really, the star of both episodes isn’t Ewan McGregor. It’s young Vivien Lyra Blair as 10-year-old Princess Leia. Her wit and charm feel like a direct line to Carrie Fisher and that Lucasfilm was able to keep her reveal almost Baby Yoda in its secrecy made it that much better.
This looks like the show that Wheel of Time wanted to be.
I think most of that dialogue is just meant for the trailer and isn’t actually going to be in the show since it conflicts to much with what happened so far.
At no time did I realize there was some doubt about Warwick Davis being in the show after seeing the initial tease of the cast. It seemed clear to me he would be in the show after watching that video. Was there really uncertainty after it had been released?
Favreau’s only problem is having too much faith in Rodriguez.
Rogue One is the best Star Wars movie Disney has made (unless you count the first three episodes of the Mandalorian as a movie).
this actually looks really good, as long as they keep Robert Rodriguez away from it
Thank you! At least someone else is saying this. I looked for it this morning to no avail, it was very much not published before noon eastern
Well, shit. Two weeks ago it was Fred Ward. Now it’s Ray Liotta. Again, this will probably be reported soon on here or AVclub. Damn. RIP.
Am I the only one weirded out by this morning spoilers article being published at noon Eastern but still claiming it was published over 2 hours ago?
The Pau’ans have looked better...
Math is hard.
I’d rather Abrams just go away entirely. He couldn’t end a story to save his life. Good at opening, shit at the rest.
No surprise considering this grifter pulled the same swindle on Paramount. I have no sympathy for the rubes who throw money at this phoney.
“...Warner Bros. TV has reviewed 10 of the eight scripts for the drama...”
that’s what I call due diligence!
When does he NOT bite off more than he could chew?
Me: “I wonder why Justin Lin quit the new Fast & Furious movie?”
Colin Treverrow: “Hey, remember that iconic scene in Jurassic Park where X happens? I’m doing it again ... again!” Character shows up at Alan Grant’s dig site to pull him into the plot, check. Rainy encounter with giant dinosaur where people try to stay absolutely still, check.
