Older teenagers arent kids. Kids cant legally drive cars, etc., you shouldnt need a lesson to not do this. He needs to be made an example of and authorities should seize coal rollers like they do ATVs in cities and publicly crush them

Most states charge minors with licenses as adults for driving crimes. You don’t get sent to juvy for a DUI for instance.
