I’ve never seen this. Thanks for pointing it out. I’ll have to track it down!

Is it terrible of me to hope Leo doesn’t win? His hunger for it is ridiculous and I really just want to see the reaction shot when it goes to someone else.
Masgentas?
I hope the lawsuit results in a change to catering to this type of behavior. Bleargh.
It would be nice if some of the corrections made by lawyers in the commentary had propagated out into future articles. It sometimes feels as if the facts are just a secondary consideration to outrage generation and sensationalism. Granted, it is not an issue strictly limited to local articles on the matter, but still.
I think the commentators would be less frustrated if the same wrong information wasn’t presented every time an article is published about this matter. I’ve noticed a lot of people who were giving good information about this have given up on commenting. I’m not sure whether it was the personal attacks they endured…
“Not stupid time”? I’m so very sorry you had to suffer through whatever traumatic event that gave you such a terrible opinion. Daylight Saving Time is awful.
Considering Miss Grundy looks like Jughead in a white wig and Cole Sprouse is playing Jughead, I can only hope that Dylan Sprouse will be cast as Miss Grundy.
Yeah, that smirked line threw the breaks on everything for me. It was all internet emotional story alarm bells after that.
The flight attendant being described as smirking (Who supplied that detail?), set off the alarm bells. It’s kind of a shame we tend to take these types of stories with a healthy dose of salt these days, but so many stories have been sensationalized, or flat out made up, for attention that there is little else we can…
While I certainly appreciate the intent of the tribute (especially with one of my all-time favorite songs), Lorde’s performance sounded rough. Like Tallahassee karaoke rough.
This is like being in middle school again with all the ‘kind of cute’ and ‘would you’. Also, it seems kind of weird to have had a number of articles around here lately complaining about people commenting on the appearance of women and then this. I suppose it’s meant to be tongue in cheek, but still.
I don’t remember seeing any apology.
The top one with the Cher hair? She kind of looks less human and more like one of those ‘real dolls’. I think it’s the vacant Stepford (lack of) expression.
She may have made an unpopular decision but she acted according to the law. Which, if I recall correctly, is what she was elected to do. She shouldn’t be making judgements from the bench based solely on moral outrage. Work to change the law, don’t punish the people who have to work within it.
As has been repeated in the comments on these articles many times, Kesha’s legal battle isn’t over yet, though.
It’s only a matter of time now before the pack turns on poor Kathryn Hahn.
Jez really is turning into some wannabe mean girls club. It’s kind of sad to see how fast it’s going down hill.
That was my feeling. I usually only see single words quoted as disparaging. But, benefit of the doubt and all that. The developing trend around here towards a mean girls mentality is pretty telling, though. And unfortunate.
