Re: dress better. Nice strategy.
I hate it when a story like this hits me between the eyes. I love camping and I'm always picking up more stuff. Conversely, I only get out maybe once or twice a year and I try to leave as much stuff at home as possible. Plus I like to make a lot of my own equipment, so why do I buy stuff and then have to find a…
@FrankenPC: Yeah, but if it's billable...
@infmom: Jack Palance knows.
I like this quote. I'm going to get it as a tattoo....someday.
@franco1975: Or you could put a sheet of plexiglas over the laptop, like a cookbook protector.
Very nice. One recommendation is to get some self-adhesive green felt dots (or brown) and stick them on contact points on the holder to prevent scratches on the back of your laptop. You could also adapt this to make an LCD monitor stand.
Last place ever - Palm Centro keypad. I've seen candy-filled toy phones with better keys. The Centro keys are convex and shiny and they grab and reflect light like little fishbowls. And they are really, really tiny.
I get some good speed when I'm rockin' my Olympia SM9 manual typewriter. Rat-tat-tat-tat! Ding!
There's a couple of good ideas here. I'm going to try hanging a 2x4 at windshield level.
I use a piece of 2x4 laid out on the floor where the front go over and back tires will bump as they stop. It's infinitely adjustable, fully recyclable and I can move it out of the way to sweep the floor.
@iamnotafish: how do they feel about this couch?
@Ferguson1015: Breasts. You forgot breasts. Retailers depend a lot on having some breasts in the picture to get your attention. When was the last time you saw a beer ad that didn't have a charming lass in there somewhere? Otherwise a great and inclusive post.
@lightninglouie: Yo, Perseus...my eye are up here!
@deanes: I always find stuff in the last place I look. Why can't I just go there first?
@Jason Fitzpatrick: Wouldn't you get tired of the cat's butt between you and the monitor as they munch?
Very nice space. My wife saw the photos and says I should go in that direction because my current workspace looks more like a compost heap.
@DragonDawn: Indubitably multisyllabic vocabulary.
@MonkeyBiz: So this picture is a Polish joke?
Nice picture of Kirk. Um, where, exactly, is Uhura?
