Eh, it was empty and probably kept moving for awhile after it dumped its fuel. I'll allow it.

I don't think it's a plot hole, but it still seems like a weird choice. Especially since there are three of them, why not take both? Instead they went out with two vehicles and came back with one. And taking a military vehicle would have been a lot more useful than than taking a uniform.
Daryl probably would have mentioned the other group… but regardless, they're always going to war with some group or other. You didn't see Abraham going "well RPGs are cool, but when am I ever going to use them?"
His name seems like a bit of a hint too.
that fuel truck was the source of the scorched earth.
On that last point - the truck already dumped its load of fuel all across that forest, so it was definitely just an empty tanker. Knowing that they're most likely going to war against another group, maybe the humvee might have been the better choice.
It was just so odd, unless he is up to something.
When Jimmy ran up to her I was hoping she'd give him a big hug. Cut to: hospital scene with Jimmy declaring his love for her while dying of radiation poisoning. THAT would have drama!
It's not so much that it got better (though it has a bit) as it seems to have finally decided on a tone. The first season couldn't decide whether it wanted to be Dark Knight or Batman Forever, and now they seem to have settled somewhere in the middle with Tim Burton characters in more a realist (i.e. cheaper) Gotham.
It's a good thing they're cutting around the cleanup after the action or this show would be 50% shower scenes and go for at least an hour.
That's the other problem with film: Jason complained that he wished they'd had time to do more photo-chemically with it. But they didn't. So the whole point of shooting on film, i.e. trying to get the "analog" look, was completely wasted on something that ended up just being basic flat reproduction… and apparently…
I was disappointed that he didn't have any giant Renaissance-era sculptures in his house.
David Lynch won't do a film unless he gets final cut (ever since Dune).
The painfully stupid thing about Jason's resistance during the reshoots is that shooting the line as Amato wanted was not an iron-clad contract saying that particular shot HAD to be in the final cut. Amato just wanted to see how the film played with the line (and not even specifically *that* line really) inserted…
Yes, if anything Effie and the other experienced crew were far too indulgent of Jason. Letting him get away with never compromising on anything just set up a pattern of entitled behavior that carried through to the end. Instead of Jason learning where to pick his battles, he probably now doubly believes that just…
…which could mean he asked his parents or rich acquaintances for money, not necessarily that he saved up from a job.
He must be that much of a cad, since he went to so much trouble trying to avoid mentioning pharma lady's existence to Nora… and then as soon as he did mention her, Nora immediately concluded that he'd banged her. Apparently mentioning any female he's been alone with (dead or alive) is grounds for suspicion.
DC have been leaning into that idea for 50 years.
She is definitely the person in your alliance that you should never tell anything that you want to remain secret… or you will hear it screamed in someone's face 10 minutes later.
They had both halves right, but swapped the wrong way around. Not a mistake you'd make with the usual text-based puzzles.
