I think that quote is broken. I know plenty of happy and miserable people of all fortunes.

What if you don't want to be in Kinja. Is that an option? I have seriously been considering reverting back to the lurker that I was on the articles, and just forgoing the comment sections.

You can do it! I managed. (The glenn fake out is when I quit) We need like an anti-bad tv addiction corner for the AV club. I'll host it.

Okay you shouldn't have a problem with the following then. Fuck off then.

Eugh. I hate when people like you speak like this is fact. Frankly the whole "rebound" noise is just that, noise. I could use a similar rebound story to encourage him to get married.

Are you from Japan? Because I used to feel the same way until a friend of mine (who is Japanese) sat me down and explained how aspects of american/western culture turned him off in the same way. Then we sat down and compared our lists of "wtf???" and realized we were pretty damn similar, just raised in different

As am I, and I enjoyed it as an introduction. However being billed as Season 1 was offputting because I was unaware it was four episodes long. At the end of the fourth episode when it went to the "also on netflix" screen I was a little like "huh? Wtf?"

the language and violence… really? In adult representation of vampires you get turned off by the gore? Not so sure this sort of fare is really for you. It reminded me heavily of Spawn, and in a good way. Sure not everything needs to be gorey… but sometimes it just … FITS. I mean of all things you pick that scene?

The google wearers lose their ears too.

maybe. But I think you should switch your names because being a grammar nazi on AVclub seems more representative of visualaids.

What? Never. More liable to play "Feeling On a Hooker"

and I'll name my band Unreasonable Music, because I'll obviously have a lot more followers (and it will appropriately describe my taste, ability, and success). You can start the concert, I'll headline it.

I rather liked it. Yet then, I also went to college when Daft Punk was the shit. So… its basically an hour long Daft Punk concert. Which to me is awesome.

Reasonable music fans? Hah. Your entire paragraph is based off a faulty premise. Thus, as an unreasonable music fan I say they are bitchin.

keep the first line and remove the next three and you'd get a thumbs up. As it is you get a sympathy thumbs up. Mostly because I feel thats what people give me.

I really enjoyed it, but found it far far too short. The first episode was amazing, and I may have enjoyed the other 3 more if they didn't just end abruptly with the "beginning" of the quest. Netflix really screwed the pooch on this one. Apparently they were testing the waters because it was expensive… which seems

hey, that's within Disney… and I'm awaiting the day Luke Skywalker (or his descendant) kicks the absolute shit out of some version of Captain America. "NAZI'S ARE BAD. DON'T BE A NAZI!"

Both of your comments are very confusing.

The booster gold episode of Smallville was pretty fun! I realize there are a lot of fans of the JL and JLU but I preferred Smallville (past the first two very very off-putting first seasons that I only watched because my college roommate was in love with the show).

As an alien, and a religious figure you should stay out of legal debates. You just gonna get in trouble.
