I came here to post the same thing. If anything, the chemo will have more deleterious and longer-lasting effects than marijuana, especially if she's taking it by mouth.

But chemotherapeutic agents are specifically designed to kill developing cells, and most don't differentiate between healthy and unhealthy cells. So the same argument could be made about the physician-prescribed drugs she is already taking to fight the leukemia.

Wow, I never knew Mary Martin was his mother. You just blew my mind a little bit with this factoid. RIP Larry.

There is a strange pull to rushing waters. My very superstitious Irish grandma refused to get within 100 feet of the rapids/falls. She said that even the most sane person could be drawn into the waters.
