Dude I just tried getting a handle on some recent anime and it is not what the doctor ordered. I think the Japanese tone doesn't vibe with this old soul (I know, hold up). That 80's/90's anime where its a Japanese flip on B grade US chillers is much more my jam. Madbull 34, Angel cop, Wicked City, FOTNS is the pills.
