1999 was that weird time when the internet was around , but movie companies still held movies back to release them internationally. So quite often you could buy a region one dvd of a movie and watch it at home legally a few months before it was released over here . Office Space was one of those movies I did that with.

Office space is one of two movies I saw in the theatre where I was the only one there.the other was the wrestling documentary Beyond the Mat. Ah 1999.

Goddamit Sony, you think us filthy foreigners don’t know the meaning of “dickwad”??

Good points. I think a lot of that has to do with the fact that Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man already covered a lot of those fairly well (aside from Gwen Stacy) and the fact we got the original Spider-Man origin story rehashed (poorly, I might add) with Andrew Garfield’s The Amazing Spider-Man.

All those liberties are

That, or Bran isn’t a major POV character anymore so much as the living embodiment of exposition, and one that’s bound in a wheelchair that would be awkward to maneuver during a dramatic turn towards the camera.

It’s also why Rickon doesn’t have a statue in the commercial either. He’s not the “ice”, he’s the

It was fun, different - enjoy the goddamn ride, people! I am so thankful we even have a show as creative and engaging as Black Mirror. Haters can feel free to watch all the sitcom dreck they want.

I was at 94 and 99 and it was such a different atmosphere in 99. It just felt so ‘Bro’ angry and so forth. Still, I’m down to go again. I took my hippie Mom to both of those, and she’ll definitely want to go to this one.

Brown acid will find a way.

And this time around, we’ll have control of everything.”

Me not had that impression. Me have expounded on this before, and clearly other people drew same conclusion based on other comments, but me thought entire point was we think he going to die, because it last ten minutes of series. Chase ratchets up tension, higher and higher, with literally nothing apart from fact that

When is that movie he filmed with the Always Sunny cast playing dead bodies/zombies coming out?

What’s this strange and bizarre feeling coming over me? Am I...am I...am I starting to genuinely like M. Night Shyamalan again?

At first i was wondering, why is this article at the AV Club and not at The Takeout?

Personal detail: my housing in college was in Roosevelt Island. That and Disney World are the only places that have a vacuum trash system still in use. This was before it get kinda nice as it is today so I’m not sure how much of the new condos and Cornell are incorporated. Added detail: Grandpa Munster lived there at

Al Hansen was one of the most prominent Fluxus artists. His whole family are successful, prominent artists. His daughter, Bibbe, was the youngest of the Warhol Superstars, and performed in a band called Black Fag with performance artist Vaginal Davis. Bibbe’s ex-husband, David Cambell, is string arranger to the stars

I will always upvote any comment that throws shade at good ol' Manimal.

James Wan is correct. Most of Aquaman is visually stunning, due mostly to the effects. Manimal must be about to hurl himself from the top of a lighthouse over this snub.

An F! A glorious F! It’s a Christmas miracle! Thank you, St. Ignatiy! Thank you for the amount and depth of film and literary history to a pan of economics-driven filmic shovelware! I didn’t expect to learn about the provenance of Sherlock Holmes adaptations and original texts.

The use of the fisheye lens really works in The Favourite; presenting the world around the monarch as subtly distorted comes off as a competently expressed visual theme in the film, at least IMO

I beleive Les yeux sans visage was Carpenters inspiration for the look of the mask. I think a commenter mentioned it here once upon a time. I wish I could thank whoever it was because that was such a cool film to watch and I doubt I would have stumbled onto it on my own.
