Twitch isn’t just for streaming gaming though. The service began life as Justin.tv, with a single channel that wasn’t about gaming. They later spun Twitch off as their gaming label, but later merged Justin.tv into Twitch. So Twitch has all the broad topics for streaming Justin.tv used to feature ever since. That

Yeah, women historically have had it super good because they have breasts. Cool take.

Girls dressing scantily clad on camera? Nobody cares and that’s not what this is about.

Your argument is the same nonsense that people lob at those making a living doing streaming in any capacity though. There’s a market for it, it’s not harming anyone, and you don’t have to view it if you don’t want.

If only you had tits. The world would just be so easy for you.

Its amazing to me that these dudes are so determined to be toxic now that they will just straight up argue against boobs.

Fair, but there’s a difference between an honest fuck up and being a serial abuser.

Sleeping with a 17-year old when you are 17 is still rape, you melted popsicle.”

Well then I guess since every summer beer commercial is full of women in bikini’s, it’s also all softcore porn and therefore every major network is peddling softcore porn.

Do you think modeling is sex work?

You are just filled to the brim with puritanical bullshit

OP was mentioning anti-Chinese sentiments in Korea. It’s topical to the notion of stereotyping a group of people and blaming them for the pandemic, a source of the broad anti-Asian sentiments here in the US that Leno is speaking to.

OP was remarking on anti-China sentiments in Korea. I’m saying while hating on the Chinese people is dumb, hating on the Chinese government is fair play.

“The Chinese government has a very difficult task - to manage expectations of 1.3 Billion people who might one day decide their lives should be better”

It’s not just Korea. I haven’t actually met anyone other than Americans who DOESN’T blame China for this. They lied to cover it up, and unless you believe that the most populous country in the world has suffered fewer than 5000 deaths, they’re still lying about it.

But I think it’s also important that it’s not lost that the Chinese government hid and obfuscated the magnitude of the virus for weeks both from their own people and from the international public health community.
