I’ll jump on your bandwagon and say Hamilton was lousy. I sat through the wholething with a puzzled squint wondering why everyone thought it was a big deal.

I don't know about "shit".  But it sure wasn't the amazing bit of filmmaking everyone claimed it was.

And let's not forget Gal Gadot. Whether it's bad or good to be distracted from her acting is up for debate. Ana de Armas, for such an expressive face, can be incredibly subtle.

Strange choice.  From his own mouth he has resting bitch face.  It’ll be a very pissed off looking Adam Warlock.

Maybe wrestling watchers are using it that way.  The phrase is well established beyond that....er ...medium.

It’s such a colossal blunder that I wonder whether it’s in there just to drive comments. How could even the most incompetent writer just pull that from the ether?

You’ll note that each of them, and the more beloved Targareyans as well, slowly went more brunette as time progressed. Only Cersei stayed blonde. Chris Evans was *sort of* blonde in the first Cap, then went brunette. Thor was super blonde and then went brunette. Steve McQueen was barely blonde. I’ve never consciously

I don’t believe that’s how he employed the phrase. I read it as “changed allegiance” which pre dates wrestling. Wrestling might have co opted the phrase

Heel turn, as a phrase, way pre dates wrestling terminology. I’m not sure it’s even used right here. A heel turn is a sudden change in direction... Nate has been a closet asshole on this show LITERALLY since his first line ep 1 season 1

Side note the Blade Trinity final fight set stayed exactly in place and was a standing Stargate Atlantis set for years

Way ta mischaracterize the discussion around the show.

It absolutely is the right word. She has made a decision for herself knowing full well that her decision affects everyone around her, and adversely. I'd say that's pretty cut and dried

English: it's wacky.

I agree in principle.... But I feel like Ronin’s car chase owes a lot to those two precursor s. That’s one of the things I thought about when typing my response. De Niro genuinely looks like he’s at the edge of his skill level when the cut to him in that movie. Like he’s trying to WILL the car to do what he wants,

I just rewatched Bullitt a week ago. That car chase is pretty good. Part of a car chase, though, is the acting of the people behind the wheel. That chase was very workmanlike. Both McQueen and his quarry keep a calm stone face through the whole thing. To the point where it’s notable when the bad guy does a VERY tiny

Thats correct.  They just budget in meal penalty  and forced calls. The original point of the penalties  was to make it just too expensive  to attempt. But the rates eventually  got chipped down to manageable

“Low pay” is subjective. The hours have always been abysmal. I think IATSE is looking for more penalties for the shitty hours.

I agree that all the CW shows are I A. I still think they’re gonna go . I believe they’re under a different agreement. Doesn’t mean the editors back in LA will edit, though. Also, in Canada there are other technical unions besides IATSE

There’s been a lot of talk up here in Vancouver about what they do if they strike in LA. It looks like they keep working. So never fear, all your fave low rentsuper hero shows will continue to grind ‘em out

Hey. I’m curious here: that WAS the lead oft Train to Busan in a cameo in the tube station last seen getting on a train, right?
