This is the same with absolutely every actor. But you can’t sell ‘em out just cuz they’re paid to be charming. Like every other walk of life, hasty generalizations either way are perilous.   Are you sure you’re not recognitions?

Edit your work.

I agree, the Time Keepers spoke gobbledygook. I now have to go back and read the captions, because I thought that was the gag. They spoke an unintelligable language.

Everybody should star this as it is a writer who has noticed they made a typo or other errata, has issued a mea culpa and has edited their typo. How often does that happen here? Positive reinforcement, people!

100% agreed Pred2 is a very good movie. I consider Predators a perfect followup, and it’s really great. But Pred2 is the better film. It took a core concept, flipped the script, added way more chaos, and still made a good Predator film.

“a spin-off of the Star Trek parody movie that nobody really liked when it came out but that everybody seems to like these days”

“but it was just an innocent accident!” — millions of shitty drivers beside the hoods of steaming and smoking vehicles.

The thing about Project UFO, as I recall, was that every week they proved it was a weather balloon, or swamp gas, or a guy in a bee keeper suit or something.

As Evil Lincoln says, the mythology stuff goes nowhere...But the overwrought dialogue of The Smoking Man, the over use of the xenon flashlight all the time and the act breaks are laughable now. I agree that the Morgan/Wong and Gilligan eps are fun, and there is still fun to be had, but it’s all pretty silly seeming

The only successful project the guy has ever done is the X-Files(which has aged horribly, in my opinion).  If he can drum up more paranoia, he can trot out more of his paranoia fiction.  Why would anyone pay attention to the guy?  I mean, aside from using it to fill up more Newswire space.

I’d say most of his career has him doing that kind of timing. (barring his stabs at romantic comedies).  He did a little seen show about him owning a rink? Stadium? where that was his whole shtick, and one where he’s in a support group as well.

Hamm will make a good Fletch. Too bad about Perry. He’d have made a good Fletch too.  Fletch always seems so tired and wry about everything.  Turns a neat phrase in three words most of the time.  Those are great airplane books, the Fletch books.

I’m saying right now: If any of these dance numbers has Steve Buscemi dancing around on the periphery-- Automatic Thumbs Up from this guy.

I worked in the studios next door to these while it shot. Through the big bay doors, the sets looked awesome, and all of the dancing cast wandering around in their outfits(and masks) looked fun as hell. I wondered when this was gonna see the light of day. I’m interested to see how it turned out.

Took me this long for your comment to even register in my feed. Kinja is an abomination.

Exactly right.  He’s like the wall in solo raquet ball.

I cannot give that a like, even to show that I read it.

I second that emotion. Knew it right away. On the other hand. It’s like some kid from the 80s being expected to recognize one frame of a movie from the 50s. Quite the juxtaposition, Powers Boothe vs Pete Davidson

No. That's just a personal dream, right? Please dont tell me this guy got in there.

I’ve never seen his standup, which may be hilarious, but his best work on SNL was when he’s just monologuing about himself. His one notable recurring bit to me is when he just monotones “okay “ or “cool” while the latest comedienne works herself into a tizzy about something or other. I don’t despise the guy but have no
