I mean, they’re not gonna get rid of Baby Yoda anytime soon. Toys and viewership rest on it....But Mando was pretty ready to grab up the kid and drop him with Ahsoka. In fact, he was a little peeved when Ahsoka backed out of the deal. Either way, whether he wants to keep the runt or not, being sent all over the Galaxy

Damn. Never put that together.  Don’t get over confident, Mando.  That way lies severe headaches.

The Way to complete exhaustion.  And bounty hunter bankruptcy.  Beskar is a cool metal.  But you can’t eat it.

I mean, it was terrible and looked like a big foam helmet...But I’m willing to suspend disbelief and let it go in service of getting Ahsoka Tano.

Yes, I get that the show is designed as one-off adventures with an over-arching quest.

That’s how Matt Frewer played him.  But the book has Trashy not too long out of high school.  Still a young man.

There it is.

I thought The Judge was black. I liked his character... but i see what you mean.

Loved him in a very similar role to The Kid in Justified. Good call.

The Kid is a rockabilly redneck with a duck bill haircut, as I recall. There are literally hundreds of people better suited to the role than Manson.

I appreciate the deep cut.

You are not alone, brother.  They fought harder to get out than they did to get in.

This was a fun ep and I like Carano (yowza!) and Weathers...

I’m guessing they don’t really know what a siege is. Favreau said to himself “ I gots me a base, and folks gettin’ into it violently.  That’s one o’ dem, watchacallits?  Sieges!”  And off he went to write it.

It was my second or third movie. I’m a lighting technician. I agree: working with Jackie was very very cool.

I agree they’re unnecessary...for us westerners at least... maybe the home crowd eats em up.....

JJackie said they were going to rename it Rumbke in Vancouver...but all the graffiti was NYC and he reasoned the Chinese market wouldn't know it wasn't the Bronx

I was there for the parking garage-to-fire escape scene. (And every other scene). That jump wasn’t Jackie. It was Stanley Tong himself. Jackie did come out to wiggle victoriously in the outtakes. All well staged. Jackie was a great and fearless stunt performer....but ge didn't do that one.

Maybe you’ve somehow dodged this in all of the rest of cinema and tv...but this ridiculous tired trope has been the engine of drama for decades.  Hell, LOST survived on this alone.  Have information, and don’t share it= drama/plot(+character development) is the formula they go by.

That’s also how I read it.  He even does a slight delay when he says “Uncle”...and she shoots him a look. She seems fairly friendly to him, but I got a very creepy vibe about their pairing.
