I miss Chef Boyardee’s Roller Coasters! It was just lasagna with meatballs but I lived on that stuff as a kid.

I haven’t done it in a long time, but for a while I’d occasionally take a can or two of Chef Boyardee ravioli on camping trips. It was quick and easy, and not completely horrible. But if I’m at home and want ravioli, I’d rather do frozen or refrigerated.

I sometimes pick up a can of Chef Boyardee Ravioli or Beefaroni (personal fave) when it’s on sale at $1/can. At 56, I always think, will I really eat this? And then within a couple of days, it’s gone and I loved it. I eat at least a few pieces of ravioli wrapped by a slice of buttered bread.

What about Buffalo wings? Those are the definition of spicy chicken, and it’s just fried wings tossed in hot sauce and butter.
