PETA is a horrible organization but for some reason this doesn't really bother me? I think kids should know where meat comes from.

On the bright side for them, I can totally see some of those children growing up to be vegan monsters who will tell everyone that'll listen about that fateful day they learned what "A Cow's Life" really meant.

Pause for a second. Who employed the idea of teaching children about dairy farming? I wonder if the way in which the Dairy Industry is actually run is being represented - or are they simply being shown a beautiful cow and how the milking of said cow isn't harming it? Most children love animals and have no idea how we treat them to get our food. That said, PETA is always a bit heavy-handed.

I was with you until "vegan monsters." I don't know any vegans or vegetarians who support PETA. It's a terrible organization.

For their part, PETA is saying that they intended the pamphlet, entitled "A Cow's Life" to be filled with cartoon images instead, but that volunteers mixed them up.
