I really wouldn't underestimate the effect of the Tosh lead-in. My husband watches it from time to time, so if I come into the room and it's on, I'll pretty much immediately leave and find something else to do. Honestly, Comedy Central could air a half hour of naked Jason Momoa dancing after episode of Tosh, and I'd

I'd say the same thing. I hated her least in Interview With The Vampire, but that's also when my hatred of her started. I suspect that she might have said something that annoyed me even way back then, and I've long-since forgotten it and only remembered the bad taste it left in my mouth. Or something.

Or it could be

Ah, me too! I have no idea why. Interview with the Vampire has been my favorite movie since I was a kid (again, no idea why), and I've had an completely irrational hatred of her since then. Her and Gwyneth Paltrow.

Seriously, this is a routine? We used to call it "the fart roll", and it was just the one move. That said, it worked remarkably well and was bizarrely satisfying to do- sort of like popping bubble wrap, only with baby farts. Also, they'd instantly feel better. I feel that's an important thing to add.

That part actually made me start crying. Awful.

I've got to agree with you here. My dad was married to my mom for twenty years before they split. He married his second wife, and she died of cancer last year after ten years together. I don't think that his marriage to my mom was any less meaningful simply because they went their separate ways; I also don't think

The funny thing is, I was actually a real fan of Barney and Robin throughout much of their relationship (and didn't care for Robin/Ted). That said, the last season sort of made me sick of them and by the time they got married, I was basically "meh" about the whole thing. I'd actually thought to myself, "There is no

Was going to say the same thing. If Joe Manganiello's in it, I'll be there with bells on.

Well, durr. Clearly the OP is suggesting that, because this lady doesn't look like shit in this picture, and because she has shades and hoop earrings and is smoking, she's obviously a gangster and a scam artist. Because black person + hoop earrings + shades + smoke in car = criminal. All black people are gangsters,

Not five minutes ago, my courageous and brilliant cat, Sookie Snackmouse, killed a detestable mouse that had been skulking along the wall behind my television- completely unknown to me. After standing on the couch and squealing in a horrifyingly stereotypically girly way for a bit, I let her outside with her prize.

UGH is right! I actually like most of the music from Ranma 1/2. This is the one exception. Hate, hate, hate.

Ranma 1/2 is my absolute favorite anime (next to Sailor Moon, which will forever and ever be number one in my book). This bit of news made me insanely happy.

I thought I'd chime in here and explain something quickly. I thought it would be something that the Jez population would be interested to know, as I know that the majority of people who come to this page are sensitive and considerate individuals.

That said, I've been seeing/hearing a lot of people using the word

But Sailor Moon saved the world at least five times! I think she's good to go. I mean, sure, she's a whiny crybaby....

Okay. Maybe I wouldn't recommend first season Sailor Moon for the job, but end of fifth season Sailor Moon could total handle the responsibility of being a Green Lantern.

I like the IDEA of Quaalude. It just sounds peaceful. Like getting a hug from a drunk koala.

That about sums it up for me, too.

That's essentially what I've been saying. One person literally said, "I can't imagine anything worse than having a child with autism."

I basically responded, "I have two kids with ASD, and they are the funniest, most insightful, hilarious, awkward little buggers I've ever met. I wouldn't trade them for the world.

You're not the only one. Seriously. I think about 50% of the debating I on the topic is Reality Vs. Fiction, and the other 50% is "Stop Talking About People With Autism As Though They Need To Be Fixed, Dickheads."

Here's a funny bit of information that just further illustrates that correlation does not equal causation:

The MMR vaccine is given first around (or just after) the first birthday, then again right around (or just before) the start of kindergarten. Certain behaviours that are typical in children on the autism spectrum

You lost me at Twilight: Good (though I agreed with the rest ;) )
