That's assuming that these tabloids are providing accurate information. Which, honestly, more than often they're not.

I could be wrong, but I think it's normal for people to have faces that are darker than the rest of their bodies, because our faces are exposed to the sun so much more. Whether that's true in this case, I don't know- but it beats the 'bald eagle' effect you see so often, where the faces are a good few shades lighter

You'd think. But they also said something last season about, "We don't burn people." So I think they burn zombies but bury people who haven't been turned- maybe in order to hold onto their own humanity or something.

It was Andrew, the guy that spread deer guts all over the place and drew zombies into the prison.

I'm guessing Lori, T-Dog and that Andrew guy that started all the mess?

Maybe not in the comics, sure. But the show? Different story.

What pisses me off the most about T-Dog's death (and there are a LOT of things that piss me off about it) is that it leaves so much stuff unresolved. I mean, what about the fact that he dropped the handcuff key back in season one? And now, Merle is back, hand-less. I was thinking that we were going to get this

This just may be the best response in the history of ever.

You have clearly missed the point and/or not read any of my other posts on the subject- of which there were many. You are repeating exactly what I've said, many times.

Yes, that's what I was essentially trying to say. A person who has never had sex, or one who cannot have sex (for physical reasons), can still have sexual and/or romantic feelings towards someone. It doesn't have to boil down to "I want to physically bang them".

I'll agree with you there- I didn't feel the same level of erotic/sexual tension between Louis and Lestat that I did between, say, Lestat and Armand/Nicolas/Marius/etc. I did tend to think of them as "a couple" while they lived together, but it's true that they were more like an old married couple than passionate

Bingo.

I'd have to disagree with your statement that "anyone who has read the vampire chronicles know(s) that there is no homosexuality between Lestat and Louis". I've read all the books- multiple times. Lestat is very openly bisexual- at least, he was as a mortal. As a vampire, he's as bisexual as a creature that cannot

Agreed.

HA! So I'm not the only one! I told my husband a while back that I thought the word 'slanket' was a weird combination of 'slut', 'skank' and 'strumpet'- all horrible words.

I've read every book multiple times, and felt it was pretty clear that almost every vampire was portrayed as bisexual. Lestat's relationship with Nicolas (prior to him being turned) came across as a very romantic one to me.

Yes- they're physically asexual. But it's made pretty clear that they do feel romantic love. Lestat demonstrates feelings of romantic love towards both men and women through the various novels, making him bisexual.

I agree. Louis and Lestat could never really be 'gay' because Anne Rice established pretty early on that vampires can't have sex. By the same logic, they aren't 'heterosexual', either. They're asexual physically- but they are also bisexual in that they feel romantic love towards people of both sexes.

It seems to me that pretty much every vampire in Anne Rice's novels shows bisexual tendencies, though they're mostly romantic in nature (since sex isn't an option for them). Louis seemed to be straight when he was a human, but Lestat came off as bisexual from the beginning. He seemed to have a romantic relationship

I agree, absolutely, that some women use PMS as an excuse for horrible behavior. I also think that hormones can affect us all differently. For example, I had a tubal done a few years back, but I still take birth control pills because, in addition to helping me control the heavy bleeding and cramping the comes along
