15k budget is on payments so I’m guessing money is tight. 1st or 2nd gen Honda Fit Sport. You can haul everything. Maybe not sheetrock but everything else will fit in a Honda Fit. Plus the added bonus of having a fuel efficient car. Super reliable too. Mine is at 193k miles and only oil changes, fluids and coil packs.
