Carrier was good; this is great, particularly for anyone who fell in love with their first album. I personally felt like they diluted their strengths until recently, and now the focus is back along with the new tricks learned along the way.

Mance's characterization has been flat/problematic since his introduction. There's gravity but no real core, no strong sense of individualized motivations.
