Agreed entirely - Michelle has been one of my favorites thus far, but seeing her latch on so easily to the "cool/mean girl" antics of Lola spoke volumes about her.

As soon as Young said out loud the "I lost my father/I became a father" idea, I immediately knew his piece was literally going to say "I LOST MY FATHER / I BECAME A FATHER", and sure enough, there it was.
