The hell they’re not.

Still, even the protection of each car’s unique IP address is, at best, security through obscurity, and a determined attacker could eventually find it out, given either direct access or some massive effort and computing resources

I would say CarMax may be a victim of DeMuro.

Why does everyone assume that the modified cars in BTTFII are MY2015/16? When they are clearly just supposed to be high school kid beaters

Now playing

In other news, the 3.5 still sounds like absolute garbage. Don’t get me wrong here, Raptors are sick, but a V6? That sounds like this? Nah. Hard pass.

Just buy a Dodge Grand Caravan CVP with sells for less than $20K, take out the back seats and you have yourself a work vehicle.

so sticker price was 96k.

you should mention keeping the router and modem plugged into one of these. it's nice to still have Internet access when the power is out.

I’ve been using the 1350 version of this for years. I’ve got two and they’ve both survived more power failures and brown-outs than I could possibly count. Absolutely worth it. Rock solid reliability, in my experience.

Well, there is going to be an AWD Hellcat Jeep, so presumably, an AWD Hellcat Ram could happen...

Ram at least needs to offer the N/A 6.4L in the RCSB (Regular Cab [2-door] Short Bed) R/T model.

Paying twice as much for an incomplete unpatched version of a game that will cost half as much and be far more functional six months from now is not what I’d call “bargain hunting.”

Things were relatively simple back during the bipolar world order of the late 20th century. It was the “Red or dead” era and America responded and triumphed in that two-horse race. Now it’s more like ‘Game of Thrones’, where threats include the obvious, the cunning upstarts, and the unknown.

I drive an average of 24 miles a day, my car mostly sits on the weekends, I almost got one of these. The only issue was size, it just can’t, like can’t carry stuff. Sometimes I need to carry stuff, so I got a Corolla, it will never die.

Maybe I just had a dud...or I’m insane...but I test drove a 2009 997 Carrera S and was incredibly underwhelmed. On the outside it was a beautiful car. On the inside it was...cheap. It didn’t feel like a car that costs $50k when 5 years old. It didn’t feel like a car that cost $50k when new! The engine did sound nice

I think the biggest gains are going to come from getting the heavy gas-guzzling motors and cars up to better numbers, no matter the technology used. Squeezing a 40mpg 4-cylinder compact up to 45mpg is nice, but getting a 15mpg V8 SUV up to 20mpg is a major improvement.
