Considering the Story Arc of book 7 to 9 are fairly massive, and the final book just came out to a enjoyable conclusion, it is sad the none of those elements will ever make it to the show.  I just hope they don’t try some cliff notes version of how the overall story comes to a close.

100% agree. The reviewer is clinging to personal bias and it shows every week. The want this show to be something else and seem mad the show isn't changing for them.

There are many great games out there to play and try, but DND can be made a ton of things with a good DM and solid players.  This article is a bit narrow minded.  Having said that,  People should always give other systems a go and see what other things are intesting to them.
