At the very least, Chris gave Grandmaster Flash a steady paycheck. I thought the show was okay, but I mostly watched it because I was always watching HBO, not because it was particularly entertaining.
I don't know much about statue-making, but it's mainly made of "foam components" couldn't somebody just take a hacksaw and run away with the whole thing? This being Detroit, I expect to see a giant Robocop statue for sale on ebay in the next couple years.

Not for nothing but HBO has had a few similar shows that I'd completely forgotten about. The Chris Rock Show comes to mind… DML was weekly viewing for me as a teenager, before Dennis Miller became an unfunny douchebag.
