I’ve seen newer machines with some optical sensors that look to make sure something dropped.  if it doesn’t, it’ll keep “nudging” the selected slot until it drops. 

Hopefully the item won’t fail to drop, lest someone...rage against the meat machine.

My dad was an engineer at a Ford subsidiary back then. Strangely enough, Chrysler contracted his group to design the power steering for the upcoming refresh of the Ram trucks, and they needed a test mule for prototype parts.

His company’s purchasing department was dragging their feet approving the test mule…

I had one of those 3.7 manuals. I do miss that truck, especially after putting in 2012 seats.

I will hunt a mother fucker down if they even think of messing with this guy! As a child of color I grew up in shit neighborhood with a shit school system that was just passing me on through the grades. I was in the 3rd grade and I could not read. His show, was the one thing that made me want to learn to read.

You don’t need to, just read up on institutional racism at your local library.
