I’ve worked in manufacturing and sons lines can be changed over quite fast. Heck Doritos and Tostitos are made on the same equipment. Look at Toyota they make tundras and Tacoma’s on the same line as well ford marking all the diffrent variations of the f150 on the same line. You pay the engineers who set that up a

Ill answer that one for you. 1 it is the configurations and options available, you can literally spect an f150 many different ways. For instance they offer 4 seat options on the Raptor alone for this generation, a tundra TRD Pro line my brother has has no options to upgrade the seats, no OEM heated or ventilated seat

Almost all the lockers are made by 3rd party, Ford has more power coming out of the raptor and it has lockers ditto for the power wagon.

I had similar experiences with my GM products you just never know when they were going to engage the locker. i was driving in a forest trail in the mountains and i could see an icy patch on one side of an off camber climb i knew if the locker engaged id be fine, but the time it engaged the drive wheel was hanging off

The Ford system can lock in 2wd up too 25 mph before it disengages. the Gen 1 Raptors while in “off road mode” can engage their lockers at any speed in regardless of the transfer case setting. My experience with the G80 in my z71 and other suburbans was that it was great compared to the other offerings in the 90s and

As an owner of trucks with sun roofs IDK why people order this option or Fords stupid size pano-roof i live in AZ and i keep that closed there is enough light as there is. But Defiantly agree on the Diff both my F150s have lockers that are electronically engagable on the raptor in off road mode at any speed mind you ,

Its not just Ford all the pick up makers do it. Even within the F150 line there are huge differences between the models. Looking at my F150s my raptor and my platinum are the same generation and i think the only similar parts are the front doors different bed different frame different cab different seats, trim,

Not Doughnuts but the stupid shit like speeding through a warehouse smacking into things playing grab ass with coworkers as he was driving by. Sometimes it can be dangerous for the manager to confront the hooligan on the forklift and it sound like thats what the guy ho lost his leg was doing. Most forklifts work in

We had an incident at my last job we fired the guy but sometimes people do stupid stuff no matter the training and leadership.

Most factories allow up to 16 hours and i don’t think that OSHA has a specific time limit. The military has to follow OSHA and sorry Mr. Badguy but GI Joe can only work 12 hours a day is to going to fly. Were I worked in New York it was common in the plant which was union to force people a 16, you just needed to make

I worked in Factories for my last 2 jobs and one with was union and defiantly dangerous allowed us to force people 16 hours the recent one let people volunteer 16 hours but would force people in on their days off. The first one was in New York so hardly some right to work state with little regulations. I found

I agree completely sedans and even most wagons these days don’t have enough rear seat head room to the point that even though my parents have A Passat TDI that gets great millage when we go places as a family we take one of my brothers or my F150's or Tundra since my brothers and I all sit tall and just cannot sit in

Not going to lie I like the original one better. The songs like the ones they use are more to inspire psychologically than the one you selected. Listen to music that some video games and movies choose. While being under 30 and no longer in the Air Force I can tell you most of the people I served with would share

Sync is working Find in my 9 year old Raptor. Considering the amount of abuse the truck has been subjected too over 155 000 miles.

Let’s look at the differences in size between a 98 Tacoma extended cab 4x4 and an 2018.

Having worked in factories that wanted to buy cheaper smaller components then excise their duty cycle when a bigger motor would have been cheaper. I would assume that ford cares more about up time and consistency at the F150 plant where as Tesla is concerned about speed and this will lead to more faults and long down

I just spent 5 days driving in Thailand including its 2nd largest city Chaing Mia in the old city mountain roads etc. Most of my time I was in a rented SUV as the Thai have a love for pickups and SUVs followed by scooters. I did not see a single accident even with bad lane markings scooters zigging in and out of

I just spent the last week in Thialand and the number one vehicle was the Hilux followed by the Ranger. But you can see the growth differences both Mitsubishi trucks both 4x4 crew cabs. The Thais love their crew cab midsize trucks more than Americans like full size

A 2 way residential road in Thailand the second biggest market for light trucks after the US, so many Rangers and Hilux Trucks. So yes roads are narrower elsewhere and they can drive large vehicle on them too.  But a lot more technical than say Suburban America.

That’s why the acquisition process has gotten so bad there are a lot of vendors who are now sole source and need to stay in business between now and when the next did contract arrives so their price includes ideling plants etc.
