Love the way the duratracs grip in the snow and ice. The BFGs where fine in light snow but the deep stuff and slush the treads would get packed and not clear. My first BFGs were the KO1s they were done after 18k miles and did not have enough tread to pass the state inspection. I have put the same Duratracs on every

The Raptor is wearing the wrong tires. Those BFGs are terrible in that condition. Got my Raptor stuck in similar snow when it was new. Switched to Duratracs and that problem was solved. Most raptor owners who drive in the snow use the duratrac.

Most Ford’s are global models. Only F-series, Expedition , Explorer, edge, flex and Taurus are “American” even though the Middle East and Latin America get F series and even China got market specific Raptors.

The Kuga is sold in The United States as the Escape.

I’m planning on ordering a new F150 in the next few months and once you start adding all the options and accessories the price climbs. You made me feel better about spending the money on appreance packages just under $2300 but I’m spending $6835 on luxury and and $4635 in functional options.

The big problem is that for many people there isn’t a EV or PHEV that meats their needs. There will be. PHEV that meets my needs out this summer but it costs $104k. Buying a new F150 for $50-60k means a lot of money for gas the $7500 tax credit doesn’t even matter at this point. Even if gas shoots up $1 per gallon I

Bella in the raptor and Tippy in the Burban with the sibling a while back.

I agree I have a full-size spare and was moving from New Yorkback Home to AZ by way of SC to collect my guns. I drove with a friend from SC to PHX stoping only for gas and in northern AZ got a flat with the bed full of stuff. Would not have worked with a donut or a run flat. Only problem is on the F150s the lug nuts

Replaced a door for what my insurance deductible was a Day after my accident happened didn’t have to deal with insurance or rental cars. Called around to a lot of pick a part places until I found a door with the same paint code from the same factory it matches perfectly.

Fords you can engage the rear lockers in 2wd from the factory. My raptor can even be engaged in 2wd at 100mph when in off road mode. But it will engage at up to 25 mph in 2 wd like a regular F150.

I don’t know if this opinion is popular or not but I hate the power fold seating systems in SUVs and minivans. This kills the utility of the vehicle its not that hard to remove the rear bench seat from these.

I absolutely hate AWD not 4wd but AWD that is found in Subarus, Audis and every cross over ever. You see the snow/sand/mud engage the 4x4 if your not sure then slow down and stay in 2wd, if your stuck you did it wrong. I have seen AWD vehicles get stuck in mud sand and snow and need to be pulled out. a lot of this

Does it appear that all that construction equipment is also lined up for the insurance? Was a CAT dealer flooded, one owl think that construction equipment would hold up fine to the water.

Mine only cost 2k more than a comparable fx4 when new has the same engine and transmission. My mpg is in line with other F150 owners. I drove a base model F150 of the same year and it was bouncy on the highway

My 5.5 bed I still perfect for my to come canping and skiing gear any bigger would make UTC too cumbersome off road

Raptors ride much better they’ve are more comfortable due to the softer suspension and better on the skid pad due to the wider track and contact patch of the tires. Not everyone needs to tow a trailer. How is it harder to work out of its fundemtaly an F150.

My mom bought back her car after VW bought it back and fixed it, she missed it too much, plus what midsize manual car that gets that MPG can you get?

This is not a big deal, as long as the airport was safe in terms of wind sheer and cross winds then there is no real safety issue. NOAA flies WP-3D Orions from the 1970s and the Air Force flies WC-130s through Hurricanes, including into the eye throughout the worst parts of the storms. the 737-900er is more capable of

Ford is on track to sell 1 million F-series trucks this year.
