Can we see pictures of it stuck in mud? I’ve had the raptor stuck in mud so no shame there just want to see. I’m hoping to get an L405 Range Rover with the TD6 in about two years or so and am curious as to your wheel and tire set up as well.

Keep telling your friends that some of us don’t like the crowds that CO ski areas have coming to Utah. As someone who lived 4 years each in Colorado and Utah the Utah ski areas where easier to get too. Park city is very walkable and at night there are cabs lined up outside the bars it’s not that hard to avoid a dui

That’s probably why Elon founded space x asteroid mining of Li

I had a similar situation where they told me my 4x4 hub on the Raptor was the hold up and would be replaced as a precaution. I discovered that it wasn’t when the 4x4 didn’t engage took it to for and it was crackedin half. Waited 3 months for a part they never installed. And the front subframe sat for so long that a

In the Air Force I over saw the maintenance of several large flight line snowblowers those things are massive and if they get something thats thick hardened steel it will destroy the blades and the impeller. We had one pick up the blade off a road grader that was being used on the flight line to clear snow 50K in

Well we know that there are plenty of people of both genders who don’t care about cars and plenty who do. What else explains all the camreys malibus, sonatas and many other bland uninspiring  appliances .

Just pulled up the the 2017 raptor owners suplement its 87 octane min.

I plan on buying in 2018 when I’m done with my masters I hope that the prices are more stable then. Already decided on everything but the cab style stay with scab or go with the screw.

The 1st gen raptors specified 87 octane

In the US there is no requirement for the marker lights to be on the roof of the vehicle so ford put them in the grill. In China there is hence why the lights are there. There also is either additional rear fog lights or reflectors in the rear bumper.

Agreed I rather ford made dealers take people on a wait list for the raptor instead of the insanity of the market adjustment. I looked at upgrading my 2010 in 2013 had a dealer with none on the lot tell me $17k over msrp while another dealer same distance the other direction in the same metro area had 2 for MSRP. I

Land Rover charges 2k more for the same motor over their base option. I don’t think the Ford will cost much more and will probably slotted above the 2.7L but under the 3.5lL in price I guess we shall see. Now the question is are people going to put powered be ford stickers on their Range Rovers?

I was all set to buy a new raptor next year but might buy a TD6 powered truck instead.

I went on Fords website and it looks like the raptor stays with the 2015-2017 style head lamps.

Ford actually has a laundry list of things that people do with their trucks where it recommends a 5k mile interval. IF wasting $1000 helps make an expensive vehicle like an F150 last longer and need to be replaced less often then I’m all for it. I do 5k full synthetic on the Raptor cause it needs to last me a while

Ford recommends 5k mile changes on F-150s doing anything concidered sever use, i.e. Towing, hauling, driving in mountain conditions, dusty conditions, extended 4x4 operation, hot weather cold weather, etc. it’s very hard to own a truck but not hit one of those categories. I get full synthetic every 5k in the raptor.

My parents wanted us to all get good scholarships and focus on school and academics so they would not have to pay for 6 kids to go to college. They let us drive their cars (we had a 93 Taurus SHO a 99 Suburban 4x4 and an 04 Jetta TDI ) my dad normally drove the Taurus and my mom would give us what ever she wasn’t

Even though it sounds a road many still consider it off roadding. Most states prohibit driving “off road”. It’s part of being a good steward and treading lightly. Your not going to just run rough shot over nature that your trying to see.

Lots of Utah I lived there from 2010-2014 the top pictures are from skyline drive in the center part of the state the ones with the snow are from when I drove around the great salt lake. Done a lot of impromptu trips went to Ikea in Draper saw a sign for pony express trail took it all the way into Nevada. Utah is a
