Nice price, BUT: Don’t forget that everything on a 996 can become expensive, especially if it is cosmetical stuff. That missing headlight washer chrome cap? 50€. Headlights, if they are Xenon and the plastic covers can’t be refurbished anymore: 1150€ a piece. Interior trim can also be quite expensive.
On the plus side,

Nice Price because car design is so boring or just plain ugly these days that this is a reminder of a much more interesting era.

Beautiful car. Congratulations to her. That whole thing sucks.

The company could have solved the problem. All they had to do was push the Research aNd Development button, apparently located inside each car.  Geez, do I have to figure everything out?

I looked it up on RockAuto.com.  Parts for a Duesenberg are literally easier to obtain than parts for an Electrameccanica.

Yes, he would. Not every country in the world is like our shit hole country, which had sold off the potential for an actually decent transport infrastructure to the automotive industry.

I’m a white-collar manager in marketing who lives in the SF Bay area and before COVID I took the train every day to work. It was faster and less stressful than commuting on the 101 during rush hour, I’m mostly remote now but whenever I go into the office I still take the train.

My north american morning bus commute was (before I switched to work from home) absolutely filled with upper income white collar folks like myself and the dude in this commercial. Not sure what you’re on about besides stereotyping. Bus commuting simply makes more sense.

Public transit is good and not a sign of class or status if you use it.

In California, this happens a LOT. Public Transit can be a fantastic way to get to work, since you get to read, relax, work or play on the train and don’t have to deal with terrible traffic.

But the guy looks fundamentally sad, so: DUI is a def possibility

“...But for all the irony...”

I laughed too hard at the Sigfreid and Roy bit.

That’s not a street takeover, that’s a riot.

it used to be like “and this mark here means that this was made by Edwin Berksire in 1832 in Lower Spankton-on-the-Glenn, where he built a reputation for these whimsical flourishes that made the jug handles look like the king’s ears. Edwin tragically died in The Great Pig Fire of 1854, so now his works go for a great

member of the family of Nectariniidae that includes Sunbirds and Spiderhunters.”  Now I want a car named Spiderhunter.

And the GOP have too much to lose by letting Thomas leave the Supreme Court, so they’ll lie/cheat/steal/etc. to keep him there until the day he dies.

Nothing is gonna be done though. The GOP would need to acknowledge that bringing down America for petty personal gain is a bad thing, and they are all in on it not being so. And the Dems would need to find a spine, somewhere, and admit that business as normal and moral high ground posturing is not going to work any

I was prepared to say ND. Due to being old enough to remember when these things were new and even then thinking they were pretty fugly. But.... this one looks like its been taken good care of and has an interesting drivetrain. So why not. NP.

Carjacking, insurance fraud, call it whatever you want but with the backup/witness that came out of nowhere? This was not on the level.

You’re not seriously comparing pricing from 2016 with today are you?
