They use them as dashboard condoms in south Florida.

Yep - they could just leave it there and stick some of these around it. Done.

In the late 90s, I took an Amtrak route across NY state about once a month to visit my fiancé. It was always boring as hell, and usually took around six hours. If I was lucky, when I got back to Albany, my truck would have all its windows.

“But there were no ground handlers available to offload the bags.”

Impressive find!

That’s the obvious thing(s) to do, but to actually do so requires having humanity. Authoritarianism is much more fun, then you get to club everyone in the head with draconian rules and lord over them laughing maniacally, while your victims groan in pain and agony (and with children screaming), sitting on a cramped

Really doubt it was the flight crew that decided to do this. Looks more like CBP trying to flip it around so they wouldn’t get blamed for having stupid rules. Just let the people off first and let them wait at the terminal until you can get some handlers for the baggage. Not fucking rocket science, use some common

The further down I scrolled, the worse it got.

I get the sense TikTok is roughly 3 months away from being comprised entirely on fetish content.

The Eurowings flight crew requested to deplane the passengers and transport them to the terminal by bus but was unable to fulfill the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) requirements to do so.”

That’s completely subjective though. A lot of people just enjoy their sports cars driving around slowly with a massive burbling engine making all sorts of high-horsepower sounds.  The whole muscle car / supercar thing is based on that.

The price is probably right, but why not take new photos?

The fact this has four-figure mileage makes in a NP for me. I wouldn’t buy this one with the intention of driving it (ND from that perspective - just get a cheaper one that needs no work), but you could change all the belts and fluids yourself for a reasonable amount and come out with a car worth substantially more

I would expect $42K is reasonably on market for an OG Viper with low miles.

The car you buy your parents isn’t the car you buy yourself. My parents have probably hit their ceiling, tech-wise. They’ve definitely hit their inconvenience threshold - they want to go where they want, when they want, and they don’t want to search for chargers, etc. The hybrid is the way to go, I think. That new

There’s a severe lack of understanding of sliding friction vs. static/rolling friction in this thread. Once those cars (all four of them!) hit that ice spot (or steeper grade) and started sliding backwards quickly (indicating steep grade), they really were screwed, just like the tow operator said. While rolling, there

got a 4.5" 12 point at work, will that be big enough? If not then it's time to break out the gas axe

Just give me the car for a weekend. I’m sure I’ll get it off. Beware, though, that my method requires me to drive hundreds of miles. Your GPS may say that I’ve taken it to the Tail of the Dragon. This is correct. It is an integral part of the lug nut removal process. Trust me!

Just bring it back when you finish.
