Glad to see that he took his high speed activites to the track. As an auto enthusiast, I am curious to know what he was driving and how fast. Strange that in this day and age, I see 70 years old and think that he might have had another 20 years of life left.

It seems that an amethyst can turn green or yellow when exposed to extreme heat. That is still definitely NOT the norm for amethysts. I wouldn’t name a color after them. That would be like naming a brown color “banana”, since bananas turn brown. It’s not inaccurate, it’s just weird.

A quick online search says you can buy a kit for a three wheeler for $10K, which aims this toward a NP. Since the ad is sparse on details, and parts availability are iffy, I’m thinking they need to come down $2-3k as listed.

I’d love to drive a Cord. The transmission sounds a little intimidating, but I think I can learn.

I would love to drive a lot of these cars. Perhaps then I’d know how the Gen1 and 2 Taurus SHO’s rate compared to this list.

Wait a minute! Did I just support this nonsense by commenting to this article? Damn!

Heck, ten years ago I’d put a tea bag into an old commercial tea jar, add tap water, shake it up, and a few minutes later would have an acceptable tea. Would a tea snob approve? No. Would most people be happy with this? I think so. (Although I am NOT most people!)

I do think it usually tastes smoother. I wonder if the tannins are lower in sun tea. Might have to search that up later.

Yeah, I thought tea has tannins and other chemicals which were bacteria resistant. My parents were told on a trip to China that large jars of tea were drunk from all day long, due to this preservative nature of the tea leaves which kept the water clean.

It bugs me that people think they need AWD on sports cars these days. Sure, you can get an Audi for the price of a Civic Type R, but which one will force you to actually drive, versus just punching the ‘go’ and ‘stop’ pedals?

And it has something better than being quick - they feel quick.

if he’s sworn in, he could attempt to use his pardon power on himself.

It’s a clean and well cared-for VW from the 80's. There are fans of these. I see a NP.

Whoops! Just found out that the manual went out of the 230i a few years ago. Gotta go used!

They could easily rescue a boatload of refugees and fund a place for them to live with the money they are wasting on this fish bait. (It was always highly unlikely that they were alive or recoverable within 96 hours.)

Is that dark green on a Cayman? Oh, I want that so badly!

I was going to suggest a BMW 2 series. People rave about them quite a bit, and it is lighter than a 3-series.

Poseidon had the last word. I believe it was a sigh, followed by, “Idiot!”

You could park this next to your 7-Up edition fox body Mustang!

Or, I was surprised to see dozens of these for sale with 40K-100K miles on them for sale less than $15,000. I guess people who bought these didn’t take long trips in them.
