You know... at one point in time I might have had a desire to understand why trump supporters support trump. I actually grew up in a very poor, rural part of the deep south. Most of my family were not terribly well-off. There was and still is rampant unemployment, obesity and heart disease, drugs, crime and and to top

Can I upgrade to peanut shells for the flooring?

Build the biggest SUV possible on the cheapest budget and flood the American market with them. I’m talking H1 size on a Focus budget. Paper thin sheet metal. Interior made of whatever is lying around. The only thing that won’t be skimped on is the engine. Throw in the biggest one we’ve got. Make it able to pull a

You just put your luggage in the second Cullinan in your traveling caravan. No self respecting rich travels with less than two Cullinans.

Waaaay too long for the display.  As was “Chicken tax this, bitch”

Seems like this is an update to the old way VW used to say “fuck you”:

Galveston, TX. That’s what makes it so dirty.

China 90-day’ing their tariffs isn’t a win for this president. It’s the hook that sets up an uppercut.

How has this had a positive impact?

Tariff levels are simply going back to what they were before he started a trade war, and only on a select few products.  We haven’t received ANY concessions from China, but they now have a stronger negotiating position...

In this one specific case. And all he got done is a temporary lowering of the tariff China put in place in retaliation to the tariffs Trump put in place. To do this, Trump had to suspend his initial tariff. All this did was put us back to status quo ante. This is a temporary cease fire. Nothing has been accomplished.

I had always heard there was a Paris in Texas! And that the central regions had a lot of German heritage. This map seems legit. Venice is more humid than Houston, though.

The joke you did not get is that Donald Trump is famous for being a braggart.

Trump sees tariffs as the ends, not the means. This will not be the end. The man doesn’t understand international trade on a fundamental level.

The charging times is a hurdle to hurtling yourself down the road.

Are they going to do anything about my performance anxiety? I feel like that affected me, and indirectly affected others, more in the past.
