Don Lemon is the 24 hour news version of reverse Nic Cage.

Plus, it’s not even like CNN is risking anything here by stating the truth.

Rresponses like Toobin’s have got to become the (minimum) standard by which the media operates if we are to survive this catastrophe of an administration.

It would have been interesting to see what they would have said if a Saudi representative showed up in a thobe for a trail connected to his business.  Would that be distracting, or just what that individual wears?  A fucking disgrace.

“We investigated him and found no signs of intelligence anywhere."

Up here in Canuck-land this would be a Charter issue, instantly. An officer of the court would be insane to try to bar an Indigenous person from wearing formal regalia to court. Up here, this gets struck down almost instantly.

This is absolute bullshit. For court we don formal attire: our class A’s or equivalent. The Yakima Nation Council chairman WAS wearing his formal attire. Completely appropriate given that the court was hearing a matter between his nation and the United States.

Don’t know if those two topics should be mentioned when talking about the team with the highest payroll (which was also the last team to put a black player on the roster). The city of Boston even took their racist former owner’s name off a street outside Fenway.

I’ve always thought Clark Kent was a ridiculous conceit, but it really is amazing that this bespectacled, klutzy dork panicking at an incoming beer might be an AL MVP.

Alex Cora: Suck on it, Yankees

“And it looks like Aaron Boone is going to call on Billy Crystal for the comeback insult. I would have assumed they’d go with a comedian with a higher roast percentage, but we’re told he has a gameplan and he’s been given the full support of the front office.”

All I can think about now is the hypothetical Bostonian who yells at people to take the duck tours. “BAHSTEN DUCK TOO-AHS! TWO FUH A HUNDRET!”

Whoever threw that can has a better chance of winning a football game than Nathan Peterman.

Why is it shocking that McDavid would nearly put Ryan Suter on his ass? Suter’s a great defenseman but he was winning World Juniors at about the time McDavid was figuring out how to tie his skates.

1. That’s their job. When they became officers they signed up to put their lives on the line to protect others. It’s very noble of them, sure, but also what would be expected of police officers in that situation.

Why didn’t you mention these men put their lives on the line during Saturday’s attack?

You know what ACTUALLY tears people apart?

So why the symbol of a group unaffiliated with PBP and not, say, the logo of the force or the Pittsburgh FOP? That’s like bringing an evangelical Christian out to represent Jews.

We have a perfectly good flag to honor cops and others who put their lives on the line.

Yes, and let’s be real. Blue lives is a reaction to a movement specifically formed to stop them from killing people. It’s telling.
