This kid is like Occupy Wall Street 2.0. The press really want it to be something. They think from ratings that it might be working. It will take them another week to realize the only reason most people were watching was to nit pick and get screen shots for memes.

The uncomfortable truth to this situation is that most of the viewers don’t care. We’ve seen how these things play out enough. There will never be any conclusion to this. There will be a settlement that makes it all go away. We’re not going to get a Law and Order style verdict that ties this up in a nice little bow.

Unlikely. Most of us Eagles fans would view this as a form of child abuse and look for the father (or mother in a pinch) to pour beer on a curse at. It’s only when they try to defend them selves or justify their action that they’d be knocked to the ground.

That inferior QB is still the last man the throw a pass for a touchdown in the Super Bowl.

I would imagine threatening to assault someone at work would be cause for dismissal in most contracts. Yet in this case it was not. This contract was so player friendly that he would need to be heavily fined or suspended to loose his 30 million, and either of those cases he would be able to appeal with the NFLPA if he

“Accurately called him cracker” that’s fine click bait. There’s 1000's of outlets to pull this same information from. Yet only one with a headline designed to troll this hard for attention. Can’t fault the play it got us all here. Don’t take it to seriously isn’t not like grown up sports news or anything.

I fail to see any harm in targeted advertising. Is it really that bad to see ads for things you are likely to want rather than ads picked at random?

I moved to the other side of the country 12 years ago. Seeing Jim again made me smile.

Since Iron Man is dead I think you’re missing the point of the statement. As for the 19 billion instead of 20 I think you called it exactly.

Now Sony can keep 100% of the next Spider Man bombing. Smart play.... I mean if Sony showed an ability to make a film with the character that wasn’t terrible I’d say it’s a smart play for them. But they made a boat load of cash already because they had Disney by the balls for the first two movies. I don’t think it’s

I’m getting real tired of this shit. Every other day someone is complaining about death threats they got right after pissing off a huge group of people and acting like they are actually the victim of something. Has there ever been a case of someone getting an anonymous death threat on the internet and then

So, my reply was a person who said,It would be illegal if it were a private company doing it.” Obviously this is wrong since there is both no law against it but a photo of one of the god damned things in use by a private company in the the article he’s commenting on.

There’s also the fact that Philly has a summer curfew. The hours these things run means the only teens that will be discriminated against are the ones who are already committing a misdemeanor just by being there. As for the twenty somthings who can hear it, the parks still closed and you’re creepy if you want to hang

The photo used in the story is of one of these devices legally mounted on the side of a private business.

Teachers, auto workers, electricians, nurses, etc. are all people in skilled jobs that a person would have a hard time just leaving since they’ve invested so much time, effort, and money to become good at what they do. Driving your car around for assholes doesn’t require any of that. It’s a job that didn’t exist a

No able bodied person needs a remote for their TV either.

yes

We could have avoided all of this type of bullshit with with a few adult content markers in web addresses. A simple standard for all adult content to be hosted at a .xxx or .ao address. Then peoples router software could have a goddamned check box to block it all and I wouldn’t have to do monthly updates to a block

I got out of Facebook in 2009, so can someone explain to me how one would accept news delivered from facebook as anything more credible than you’d find on a Myspace page from the stone age?

Even if they can get rid of cashiers, they are decades away from getting rid of the back end people. No one want’s to be a cashier. There is no work ethic to be learned from the process. It’s a shit job, and the sooner they can eliminate it the better for all of us.
