Actually I assumed that they’d want her to visit because they thought it would be good for the boy (despite the horrific neglect, he is likely attached to her). Obviously she doesn’t deserve to be a mom but at this point, whatever is best for the boy. Maybe taper off the visits instead of cold turkey?
