@archercc: Previous employers won't normally go into details about former employees. Pretty much the only information that they will give out any longer is when you started, when you left, and what position you held.

I don't make many calls for customer service these days, but this service sounds great (if it works).

I'm not sure if that works any more. I used to provide infrastructure and desktop support for a location that had service reps. The current crop of reps do not have a lot of leeway when it comes to taking care of customers.

I went iPhone free six months ago. I don't really care.

@dmccall: Oral sex on YouTube? I doubt it. Maybe, just maybe someone may be able to sneak the hard R version of oral on there (aka, the hotel version). But any explicit oral scenes would find it difficult to make it past the upload filter.

@peters002: Extender support in WMC is the main reason I use it. No need to have my computer hooked to the TV or a separate computer to act as a DVR.

@christopher002: Its called being tactful. but I have to agree with Pazu. If something isn't right then why beat around the bush.

@kinsakas: Sometimes nice doesn't cut it. When I need to speak with customer service about something I will be very neutral. I'm not "smiling on the phone" or angry.

I'm pretty sure this will be like all the other "free" services in the past that will realize that they need to charge money to actually stay in business.

I'm confused. Its like SMS but not SMS but it is SMS... Which SMS do I use? I need to call Apple support now!

The lack of buttons is what kills games on the iPhone for me.

@Mentuss: Every state has a law against being distracted while driving. Then pretty much every major city has the same law just to drive the point home.

@lowtolerance: Zero patience and low tolerance? What, your not going for the hat trick?

The big announcement will be the ability to stream Hulu content...

Nielsen? Oh the company that just recently recognized that people use DVR instead of scrambling home to watch a TV show.

OK, very sad what happened to the kid. But I'm in the middle of the story and it's just more of the same tripe that we always hear.

@ogt462: I'll second that for LOTR / Mines of Moria.
