I started using Resmed's S+ a couple weeks ago. It's an external monitor that sits on your nightstand and measures your breathing based on body movement. Surprisingly it's extremely sensitive. I like it but I feel like I now gauge my sleep quality based on my sleep score and not on how I feel, we'll see how it goes…

I've also noticed a lot of them have a shoeboxe look.
