Iron Dome has a terrible sucess rate and can be easily over whelemed. Hamas or Hezzbolah would launch hundreds of $500 Quaads just before the Shaabs entire detection range, rendering them fairly useless.

Though Iran probably has a few crude nukes by now, it is doubtfull they can make them small enough to fit on a missle. So unless those missiles are filled with chemical warheads, they would be as ineffective as all those Iraq Scuds were during the Gulf War.
