Yeah, sure, I can believe Sutherland being the fake Snake (it’s hard to mimic voices I guess) but then why wasn’t the real Snake voiced by Hayter? I just can’t believe Big Boss/Snake’s voice can change so dramatically from MGS3 to MGS5.
I don’t know about that, some could say the character came alive when Hayter took helm of the voice. There wouldn’t be such a backlash with MGSV if Snake’s voice actor wasn’t so beloved.

I wish they’d make more alternative non-main story movies. Nothing I’d love to see more than Thomas Wayne as Batman or Martha as the Joker.

I’m with you that Batman is superior to Superman but I remember that one time Superman was so angry at Joker he basically just punched his hand through Joker’s chest and Batman looking on in surprise. That moment was a Superman did want Batman can’t moment.

To extend to that comment, he can make a semi-coherent movie out of an already established brand/franchise (300, Watchmen, BvS, Superman, Dawn of the Dead) but you leave him to do his own thing and it’s absolute trash (Sucker Punch). I never want to see him make his own created movie again.
But Michael Bay does take himself seriously.
