I expect something like this from Australia, but I’m awfully disappointed in Canada. 

They are doing a victory lap on life - while they can all still walk and think straight. I am all for it. It may be old hat, but its always fun to watch

They made a video where they put cones on each side so the car couldn’t change course, and had the driver press down on the accelerator, causing a warning that AEB won’t work. Then they made the video too low resolution to read screen, but it’s easy to determine that the message is there.

Pretty dang impressive. I heard an interview with him on the ol fm rajio and he said one of his stops was an uninhabited island and he found an abandoned shack that had a couch that he napped on for a bit.

I second this.  I had a 1976 Ford F150 that was just gorgeous as my very first car.  The 460 in it made for a thirsty ride, but gas was extremely cheap the summer after I graduated and $20 would usually fill up one tank and put a little in the reserve.

Looks lame, but meh for a daily driver.

Does the cruise disengage when you push the clutch in?  That was the primary reason for not offering cruise on manuals. 

Switching from 18" wheels with rubber-band tires to 16" wheels with nice tall sidewall tires. No more flat tires, more comfortable, quieter. Looks lame, but meh for a daily driver.

Car was unstoppable

I added the OEM cruise control to my manual as the dealer said only the automatics came with cruise control. Luckily, Kia was nice enough to pre-wire all their cars for top trim levels. I just had to install the switches in the steering wheel along with it’s ribbon cable.

If you live in a snowy climate: getting a second set of wheels and having dedicated snow tires and summer tires. There are not many things more relieving than being able to drive through blizzard conditions without the anxiety of your car slipping all over the road.

Current least favourite? The Toyota BzX4 B4Zx BxZ4… whatever Toyota’s EV is called.

Mercedes AMG G-Wagen.  It only exists to be the most obviously expensive Mercedes on the market and the only people who buy them do it to show off that they are rich  (or pretending to be)
