I laugh every time someone says turkey bacon is better...or better for you. Turkey doesn't look or taste like bacon without having to be flavored, colored, shredded, molded, and whatever else happens to it in order to make it turkey fakin.

I have duck and rabbit all the time, I buy them at the live poultry place when I want to cook, and I get a roast duck now and again if I'm in Chinatown or at Main St. (Manhattan and Queens NYC)
