I live in a resort north of Toronto and of course everyone from the city ran up here so they could continue to shop and ski and dine. This has been going on for some time now. They finally closed the ski hills today. 

I can see that a sculpture depicting a well nourished woman would be both a fertility and a status object. She is well fed - therefore fecund and also living a life that includes an abundance of food.

Not a lawyer so no, not sure. But would like to hear from any legal eagles out there. I think it has to do with crimes that overlap between state and federal.

Something that both confuses me and gives me hope as it relates to these fuckers:  If a person is given a presidential pardon as it relates to federal crimes, that person then cannot use the fifth as a mechanism for refusing to testify on a state level. It has been floated that Trump doesn’t want to pardon his kids…
