GM is currently facing a class-action lawsuit over their 8 speed RWD transmissions. My 2022 Colorado shudders when cold but smooths out once the drivetrain warms up.

Is this the same 10-speed that they co developed with GM? It always got good initial reviews, I wonder if GM is having problems with it too
