Yep, just pull over and slip them on over my riding gear. They are breathable and doesn’t get too hot. Cheap, light and compact (i keep both jacket and pants in my rabbit pouch)...can’t go wrong with that. Works way better than the rain liner my jacket/pants came with.
My $20 Frog Toggs works just as well.
