This is legendary penny pinching. He paid $200 mil 14 years ago, a investment which has to have grown greatly since then. Got a team to the world series, but has never once put money in or done anything to create the needed experience to get fans in the doors of that dump.

I agree with all of that but want to offer the minor correction that they definitely do drug test LOADS of white collar jobs, and it definitely sucks in those jobs just as much. If you want to have a joint off work hours, legal or not, that ought to be your own business.
