Nah, that’s a bad call. The 3DS and its related handheld consoles are still a major money maker for Nintendo. They’re going to keep upgrading it and using it going forward for a while, I would imagine.

Considering this allegation is one of a criminal nature, it needs corroboration to be taken seriously. If the accuser cannot testify about the nature of the accusation itself and there are no other witnesses or evidence to put forth to support it, then it’s difficult to act upon and in fact would be incorrect to act…
