I wonder how many people realize Steven Spielberg literally met and married his current wife under identical circumstances, and no one ever cared.

Oh, that’s exactly my point. It’s a need, but merely an externally (or extrinsically) motivated one. As a condition of this contract (your employment) you will agree to do such-and-such press for the movie. Don’t want the role (or don’t have a good enough agent to negotiate it out)? Fine, we can’t force you to take it.

And Kim Cattrall didn’t like SJP. Who fucking cares? They did their jobs and went home.

Music for a Sushi Restaurant is about eating pussy?

Says him. But did you miss the part where he wanted to take the kids away from both the places they’d been settled in and go to school in in recent years (London and LA) just because he feels like he’s a ‘New Yorker at heart’? Why is it ok for him to pursue his self serving interests, but she is automatically the

I agree. It’s still such a big taboo to say some women merely don’t care for one another.

Why is it such a BFD when two women don’t get along? Our vaginas aren’t magnets; we don’t immediately bond with someone because of our gender.

The article is also taking it out of context to make it seem like a criticism of Pugh’s posts, when in fact I think it’s a compliment to her acting skill (i.e., (“She can act; the rest is not my concern and didn’t play a role in my choice in casting her.”)

Sure and yet she’s been famous for 2 decades and never had this kind of press until Harry fans started a hate campaign which the media eventually got on board with. You’re all pushing narratives started by jealous little girls.

Very sad how misogynistic all these comments are accusing her of playing victim.

I love how jezebel churned the rumor mill for months, then turned around and asked, "why so sexist, rumor mill?"

Hot woman complaining about the patriarchy? Lol. Lady, being attractive to men is the only reason you’re a millionaire. Most of your Insta audience has their weiner in their hands while they browse your profile. You can start fighting the patriarchy once you’re in your 30s.

I also feel like she benefits quite a lot from the patriarchy. More than virtually 100% of other women.

Ultimately, a resigned-looking Ratajkowski concludes: “So, yeah. That’s why we don’t have a lot of love in cis-hetero relationships.”

I completely agree, and it hurts men too because they don’t really ever know what they want.

I seem to recall AOC got into Congress very much campaigning against the leadership and establishment wing of her own party; I might think that would in some ways define her relationship with them.

She’s a horrible person no doubt, but you can’t deny her talent.

Jezebel takes their cues from Twitter: if people are still making the joke there, they’ll continue making it here. If someone gets enough retweets saying it’s played out or inappropriate, they’ll stop. That’s Thought Leadership.

No matter what else you think about her or what awful things she’s done, the rumor about her nonexistent illiteracy *is* sexist and doesn't make sense and isn't funny, and I don't know why Jezebel is obsessed with repeating it, but it's old.

Do all you idiots who are still making fun of illiteracy think you are being original? Also why would you want others to think you believe such nonsense?
