Not sure about not picking up the feet, but the danger is this. In high voltage cases, 5000-10,000V, at some distance from the contact point the ground will be at, literally, ground potential (0V) In between that spot and the place where the wire is touching the voltage is dropping off.

Frankly, I’m not sure there really is a large pool of “car people” out there anymore. The new generations coming up have every facet of their life being a “service” and those services nickel and diming their supplemental income to where they don’t often have the capital to have exposure that fosters interest. Even

Automakers do plenty of studies showing what cars their customers are coming from.  They know whether or not this is the case on a large scale.  There are so many more automakers now compared to 50 years ago that people are less reluctant to jump from brand to brand.

really wish it had no cladding and wasnt lifted above what the taycan has.

It’s a feel-good little PSA, and I, personally, believe that PSAs are effective at influencing newer generations to make better decisions and accept certain norms.

The Bronco isn’t out yet.

Am I the only one who got excited for a Lexus NX with the 4.6L V8?  I mean the IS500 motor would be better, but V8 in a small car is always good.

Agree to disagree. I like the butch looks, and it is very on-brand for Hummer. I think they’ll sell well, even at that price.

Next time your house is on fire call up your libertarian friends.

1st Gear: Delusional libertarians who believe that their lifestyle is a product of their own making and not the result of being born in a country where there was already a working infrastructure in place may post their ridiculous opposition here.

This is where I point out that “40 percent grade” is about 22 degrees. About halve the mental picture they are trying to paint. Still 22 degrees is about where blue ski runs become black diamond so it's not nothing.  It's an oddly specific claim though.

You got super lucky. I test drove a M240i yesterday which made up my mind between an Evo X and the M235i so now I’m in the process of putting my Abarth 124 back to stock so I can sell it and pick up a M235i. I would really love to find one with the Tech package, Harmen Carden sound, and the diff but that’s going to be

I daily drive a M135i and agree with much of what is written.

i honestly hate mustang guy, but mustang guy is right here.

The real-world difference has been more like a minimum of $10K, and if you drive both cars you may well find that the M2 is a tad much for daily driving. I had an M235i and thought about doing the upgrade, but the M2 is just too “on” all the time to live with for me. If it’s going to be a track rat sure, but I prefer

Too well punctuated to be a true bro rant, but the sentiment is true :)

Never so happy to see the /s.

Why would anyone pick this over a GT, youjust get more for your money with the 5.0L. Same real-world mpg (my buddies GT gets 33mpg) and for like $40k u can get a gently used GT with a tune with even more power. Besides they have permanent Sport Mode not german engineered complicated sport mode lol. Why push a button? J
