I know nothing of Dune, so my apologies, but you reference many times from Earth’s history...does the world of Dune take place in our future? Or an alternate universe where Earth existed/exists?

The tape that they send out to networks will often have the commercials on it as well so long as they are national commercials to be aired everywhere and not local ones, which they probably slotted in as well. So I doubt its a tape recording that someone did with a home VHS/Beta deck but rather the studio master…
If I’m understanding correctly, the reason Apple/Google do this is to avoid having companies have all their apps/games for free on the store and they just do in app purchases and losing the income stream entirely from apps. So I don’t see why Epic thinks they have the right to do this?
Would be neat to see something like the Coke/Pepsi pop dispensers that can mix dozens of flavours each and be used for other consumables like lotions and soaps.
I don’t usually fault actors for filling their schedules with projects and making money while in their prime. As long as they churn out decent movies here and there, I’m ok with the rest of the movies being dumb popcorn flicks. Reynolds is a guy I root for in Hollywood and will happily kill time with his schlock when…
From the thumbnail image, it looked like that was a tower that reached through the clouds and handling it meant handling the dizzying heights. I kind of liked that idea better lol
First website I ever went to was Yahoo. Would have been mid 90's, a few friends were together and logged onto the net, nobody really knew what to do until someone chimed in and remembered hearing about Yahoo.com lol. Fun times!
Not usually one for straight-up reboots, but if ever there was one that I thought could benefit from updated visuals it would be The NeverEnding Story. I think the story was pretty solid and could translate to today’s audience pretty well. Just keep the wolf super dark and scary and statues with large breasts and I’m…
Absolutely perfect.
There is a very fine line where if skirted properly, Rollerblading can be cool. Too far to the left and you’re that guy that looks like he’s always trying to catch his balance with his arms flailing everywhere and every sidewalk crack is a skirt with death. Too far to the right and you’re that douchey guy wearing…
The guy writing the next G.I. Joe movie is named Joe Schrapnel?? Is he also part of the franchise? lol
Anyone know if they’ve mentioned whether SNL would be full original un-edited broadcasts or more like SNL Classics with skits cut out and others replaced with rehearsals, etc.
I don’t get why they couldn’t bolster up their number of program hours by adding in shows that only got 1-2 seasons before being axed. Would be great to revisit old shows that just didn’t make it on TV for whatever reason.
I like it for what it is. I prefer budget Android to budget iPhone, but the original SE seemed to strike a cord with many people
Wasn’t he seeing Pamela Anderson during this time?
Key word “reports”
I grew up on Happy Meals back in the day and can remember some of the toys being awesome and others being complete crap. I now take my son on special occasions and love that we have the Book option here now as the toys are still hit and miss. If I know that they toy is garbage, I’ll grab him the book and at least I…
