I am not sure what you are getting at. They filmed once in 2007 then Jets complained and the league punished them. It was only after the memo sent before the start of the 2007 season that it became illegal.

Why would you trust anything coming out of ESPN? They are stocked with players and coaches of teams that lost to the Pats. They are so obviously a mouthpiece for the NFL they have no journalistic credibility. They even edited the Pats statement this morning taking out the part about ESPN apologizing.

They were not supposed to film in 2007, they broke that rule and accepted punishment. Ofcourse the rule was they filmed from the wrong spot and the punishment was serve.
