Darn, guess I'll keep watching Rally America.
Darn, guess I'll keep watching Rally America.
Well I had no idea, thanks for telling me. Now does R5 have these same restrictions?
I think you make a good point, but I think a lot of people like to make fun of him because he's an easy target. At least on reddit, he's never viciously attacked or anything, just for the most part he's the tallest midget cause he leads in the bottom half of the racers.
I know they don't have an engine for it, but what would stop their chassis's from competing in s2000?
It would be fun for a little while, but I think I would get bored. On the other hand, if they took a team like that with Travis Pastrana and entered in some top level WRC, I would be absolutely glued to their race program!
Oh ok that's cool. It'd be awesome to see him do some racing here in America!

Does Subaru have a production team in Britian?
Does he actually drive for the factory team, or are you referring to his brother David who drives for Subaru Rally Team USA?
Bastard
Doug how did you not take this opportunity to gloat about also having the dream job of working at Porsche in this video? Like seriously you could've started riots. Me and all 39 of your other readers would've come to your house to protest your inexplicable good luck.
I take him seriously. He takes big risks and he's a pretty new driver so when he does it often backfires. People like to hate him because he bought his seat but he's a good businessman and a good marketer. To me it would be a lot worse if he didn't have anything to show but he's actually very accomplished on the Rally…
I just realized that you have to clarify who Nick Saban is in other places. I've lived in Bama for too long.
Doug learn things using Porsche contacts!
Most people buying a WRX/STI are more of a brand loyalist than most. A few people saying the lack of a hatch has turned them away, but I don't think that's as big a deal as AWD is for most.
I doubt people who look at a WRX/STI hatch probably aren't going to end up with a Ford just because they don't have a hatch.
They have a lot of different reasons for not developing a hatch, including increased production of the Crosstrek (which is selling better) and the fact that they sold way more sedans. I was at a Subaru dealership yesterday talking to the guy and he said they sold very few hatchbacks.
Just, thank you for putting this in my life.
This video is the greatest thing ever
Of course the Miata has "two dads"
